Section 32
Removal from office

(1) If it is known that a person has been appointed to the post of judge by concealing his qualification or disqualification, or in case a judge is still in office, clauses (a), (e), (j), (j) of section 7. , (j) or (t) if the situation is as follows, the Judicial Council will recommend to the Chief Justice to immediately remove such a judge from the post.
(2) If there is a recommendation under sub-section (1), the Chief Justice shall be removed from office immediately.
(3) If a judge who has been appointed to the position of a judge by concealing his qualifications or disqualifications is removed from the position in accordance with sub-section (2), such a judge shall not receive any other benefits except the amount of the provident fund and insurance as per the prevailing federal law.
(4) The council shall send a written notice to the concerned body to prosecute the case for the offense of corruption in accordance with the prevailing federal law, if the judge who has been removed from office in accordance with sub-section (2) due to concealment of his qualification or disqualification.
